We are seeking a talented and energetic candidate who will enjoy the challenges of working in the fast-changing aviation industry, and to bring value in enhancing the operational efficiency and a high-performance culture and able to revolve around the month-end closing process, invoice handling, asset management, and data administration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently complete monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all related reports; 

• Accurately process and record incoming invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting standards;

• Ensure timely payment of invoices, adhering to internal deadlines and vendor terms;

• Perform regular reconciliation of current accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy;

• Administer data records in the Accounting System;

• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• LCC intermediate qualification or diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines.

• Preferably with 2 years of accounting experience in AP Focus.

• Fresh graduate with general accounting knowledge will also be considered as Accounting Assistant.

• Strong team player and can work independently with attention to details.

• Proactive with commitment and sense of responsibility.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
