We are seeking a talented and energetic candidate who will enjoy the challenges of working in the fast-changing aviation industry, to support the Manager Human Resources in delivering professional HR services to ensure compliance, efficiency, accuracy, and a high standard of internal customer services.
Position: Human Resources Officer

Key Accountabilities:
We will prepare you to fly by:

Provides support to ensure smooth operations of end-to-end HR processes, in the functional areas of talent acquisition, rewards, employee engagement and general HR administrative service for all AHK aircrew and ground staff.

Contributes to the full employment cycle of AHK employees day-to-day administrative support on HR functions and internal customers’ requests in a timely and effective manner.

Administers payroll, pension and taxation matters in the appropriate jurisdictions.

Provides efficient delivery of various administrative functions including licensing and employment visa administration, insurance policy administration, filing and office administration.

Provides support on the enhancement and maintenance of HR systems throughout the employment cycle and ensure its effectiveness and responsiveness in facilitating HR processes.

Communicates with staff at all levels to gain feedback on internal customer service standards and work on areas for improvement.

Be well-versed of the company's policies and practices in upholding the company's standards.

Works in collaboration with team-mates on coordinating staff events and initiatives to promote employee engagement.

Liaises with external vendors on contract renewal and ensure smooth operations of outsourced services.

Involves in projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience

A University graduate, preferably majoring in Human Resources or related disciplines.

2- 3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduate with high potential will be considered)

Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Human Resources Specialist.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, preferably with knowledge of other ordinances under the Hong Kong legislative framework in the areas of employment compensation, personal data protection and anti-discrimination.

Possesses objective critical thinking skills and the maturity in resolving people issues in a sensitive and professional manner.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

Good organization and administrative skills, including computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office, desirably with interests and knowledge on HR related digital systems and tools).

Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills , and enjoy reaching out to interact and build partnerships.
